It is hard to imagine a more perfect location and villa than THE BEACH HOUSE. Located on Secret Harbour at the East End of St. Thomas, The Beach House has a setting like no other villa on St. Thomas! In late 2008 an extensive renovation and new build was completed including the private dock. The landscaping was enhanced and the interior was completely refurnished and is available to the discerning 'beach bum' looking for a private, serene Caribbean holiday like no other. This is the only vacation villa on St. Thomas that has a direct walk out to a gorgeous white sand beach and a private dock with a pergola!

Wake up and carry your coffee across the lush lawn to the white sands of 'your' beach or maybe onto your private dock so you can watch the pelicans dive for their breakfast. You have over 162' of waterfront on the property! And you can continue on and walk the length of Secret Harbour. Maybe a snorkel before lunch right off the beach where you'll be joined by hundreds of colorful fish. Then make lunch in your fully equipped kitchen and eat under the sun dappled pergola or walk down to your lounge chair under the Sea Grape trees for a well deserved nap. You can also enjoy a movie on the many flat screen televisions in the villa. Or work out in your own gym, or just read a book on one of the many patios.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on two floors. On the main level there is a great room, powder room, gym, master king bedroom and two full baths (one with just a shower, the other with a separate shower and decadent deep tub). Downstairs there is a large king suite and a huge suite with two queen beds and a sitting area. Both of these bedrooms flank a kitchenette area with bar refrigerator, icemaker and sink with an adjacent laundry room. All rooms on this level have direct access out to the lawn and beach.

The entire property is fenced with gates opening to the beach and dock and the driveway has an automatic electric gate. A back up automatic generator assures continuous electricity.

We even welcome small dogs on a prior approval basis! So, bring the whole family on vacation!
